To support our Quality Management System, we do a 3-level Quality Check.

The first level inspection occurs at the compounding stage, where each batch is tested in the Laboratory to ensure that all the chemicals will react as expected when fed into the extruder resulting in the desired Curing Characteristics and Physical Properties.

The second level inspection occurs during the production process, as an on-line inspection check. Each profile is checked regularly to ensure that the dimensions are within tolerance

The third level inspection occurs prior to dispatch, where 5 samples are taken randomly to inspect dimensional stability, surface finish, hardness, and physical properties.
